Alongside delivering programs, Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation manages the same workforce and compliance and governance responsibilities faced by many Not for Profits. The organisation became a Member to access specialist workplace relations support and ensure clarity, suitability and compliance of its employment contracts.
