Winun Ngari Aboriginal Corporation (WNAC) delivers social enterprise and business development, employment and training, health and wellbeing, and governance and administrative support to remote Aboriginal communities across the West Kimberley, including communities along the Gibb River Road, Looma and Derby.

This work happens in complex environments, where clear communication with funding bodies is essential, but often challenging.

WNAC became a Member of Amplify Alliance Australia to access practical support and trusted advice to advocate for the communities they serve, particularly when navigating relationships with government and funding agencies.

Through membership, WNAC improved communication with funding bodies and strengthened connections with relevant bodies, including the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA).

This support has helped make conversations clearer and more productive, saving time and reducing administrative pressure.

While some of these challenges have eased, the value of having sector-experienced support that understands the realities of remote, Aboriginal-led service delivery remains significant.

We are proud to be working alongside Members across Australia to support strong organisations and thriving communities.
